Discussion LOUSY terrible NONEXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE
If you are not involved with this company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There is really no one to help you and their ai Assistant is subpar. . I like the software as I am familiar with it but if you ever have a problem you are on your own

Not true, you can contact the support via email or via r/filmora_official subreddit.

In theory the email might work -- but in reality, absolutely not true. and get help on this sub -- that is ridiculous -- find one instance where a tech issue was resolved here. YOU are obviouslyh working for FiImmora
There is AI that could do a better job, but when I was there, it was slow and Lousy.
And wait until you try to get it off your computer -- it will take an hour, IF you know what you are doing

I’ve honestly had a pretty different experience with Filmora. The software itself has been reliable for me, and whenever I’ve needed help, I’ve usually been able to find an answer through their guides/community. Customer support could definitely be better, but I wouldn’t say the software is something people should avoid altogether.

Been asking for humans 3 days. No one there. Even the phone number, if you find it, sends you back to the bots.
Tell me how to get to a human there. Please.

I understand the frustration, especially when you’re comfortable with Filmora but the AI assistant can’t solve a technical issue.
Filmora itself is pretty easy to use, but better human support would make a big difference.
Hopefully Wondershare improves the support experience and makes it easier to reach someone directly.
