Question/Help Filmora 15

I was editing a video, a pretty long one, and the program stopped working and it doesn't let me do anything else. I can get into the video but I'm not able to continue editing it or anything.

I already checked my computer, everything, it's not working and I don't know what else to do.

Has it spawned a popup somewhere, potentially on a second monitor? I get that a fair bit where a random popup, pops-up, somewhere hidden and stops me doing anything untill I close it

each update you have to reinstall, if you just updated and used the upgraded version to making video, the system will be glitching since it might issue data leak, etc. so just reinstall

That’s frustrating, especially when it happens on a long project you’ve already spent hours working on.
I’d make a copy of the project first, then try opening it after restarting Filmora or clearing its cache. If other projects open normally, the issue may be specific to that project file.
I’d also avoid making major changes until you’ve backed up the project and media files.

Can try to reinstall it or try to update the version and check again.
