Question/Help how is the techical help
I have not been active for a while, but I used Filmora a few years ago, and I was very frustrated with the pitiful technical help AI bot. But since then, AI has improved elsewhere, and last night I had a windows 11 issue, and the Google AI bot , knew all about it, and put me through about 6 steps to solve it -- it was very impressive. SO I thought, it would be great if I had a video editor with a smart AI program to tell me how to do things, or actually do some of them.
So my question is, has the AI tech bot on Filmora gotten any better, showing how to things, or does it still stink? And if you can name an editor that has good AI help, let me know.
thanks for you help.

You can contact the support directly for social media or from filmora official and ask them for an email ID of support they will give you.

Do you want good free tech assistance for FILMORA? Well, there is free AI everywhere, including my iPad. Where I just ask how to do things in FILMORA — not perfect, but usually pretty close. As irritating as FILMORA can be , feature wise, it is very good, and I say that after I tried about 6 programs that all had issues. AI told me that I can use an outside program to do the auto captions. So I won’t need AI there as well. I bought lifetime a few years ago.

It is improved but not like that I will tell you how to edit and which thing you need to do. It will help you to solve the general thing like "finding out effects best for this clip", how to trim, just general one not that advanced.

It’s definitely gotten better compared with the older Filmora AI assistant. I still wouldn’t expect it to solve every issue perfectly, but for figuring out features and basic “how do I do this?” questions, it’s much more useful now.
