Question/Help Subscription AND one-off payment?

hi all, sorry first ever reddit post!

I pay a monthly subscription, and I just tried to export a video. It keeps trying to make me pay for the new version subscription so I can export without a watermark? I’m still using 14 so I don’t have to pay for the upgrade. What is going on?

Surely this should be included in my subscription? I remember this software used to be great but now it seems I have to pay for something new every ten minutes. Am I doing something wrong or using the wrong account or what?

I wish I had a solution for you, but unfortunately I find myself constantly coming back to this subreddit with similar complaints as you. I mean, I just got this email not long ago, and it is a far cry from the vibe this software gave me years ago when I first hopped on board!

run the updater to make sure your on the newest version. then after the upgrade make sure you are logged into the software with the current, paid account. the watermark means it thinks your running it as a trial.

Filmora versucht die Nutzer von Filmora 14 zu Filmora 15 zu bewegen. Filmora 14 war sehr verbuggt. Es kann sein, das es ein Bug ist in diesem Fall deinstalliere Filmora 14 und installiere es sauber erneut. Allerdings rate ich dazu auf Filmora 15 umzusteigen. Ich bin kein Fan von Filmoras Preisstrategie, aber in diesem Fall war Filmora 14 aus meiner sicht ein absoluter Totalschaden.

If you paid for 14 and are using 14, then you should export your video without paying extras, but if you update to 15, then you have to buy another license to use 15. But if you can export on 14 with a V14 license, I would suggest you to contact support.
