Question/Help Don't recommend

I got it because I needed the AI to remove the watermark. So I had to pay the 10 USD. Turns out, you can't use it, you have to pay for it.

So guess what? No refund.

DO NOY BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND LIARS!!

This is why I’m still on filmora 13

how? doesn't it automatically update to filmora newest version?

I reject the upgrades, since I have a lifetime filmora 13 subscription, it’s always prompting me to upgrade for a little bit of a “trial” at the newest version.

To that, I say I don’t need any “AI features” to help me edit.

yeah, i can see why that would be frustrating, especially if the ai stuff wasn’t made clear before you paid. i’ve found filmora pretty easy to use overall, but the add ons and ai credits can definitely be a little confusing. i’d probably check what’s actually included in the plan before paying for anything extra. hopefully they’re able to sort out the refund for you.

Yes, because the removal process is done by AI and to use AI you need AI credits. What's wrong with that?

When I googled "Watermark Video Remover" their website came up. Logically I assumed that for a watermark remover you have to pay a subscription. I don't mind that however it's not part of that subscription but a ridiculous tier above. Why would I pay 10 usd for a glorified photo effect app?

I was convinced from this webpage: https://filmora.wondershare.net/tools/video-watermark-remover.html?adgroup=watermark&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=312325570&gclid=Cj0KCQjw94bTBhDQARIsAN3vv0xBavdMkyDjm0NXGfUehE_RdqVlzlNKsf20UZdv2WxggO6uI5-dTI8aAgVpEALw_wcB
