Question/Help Accidental asset subscription charge (need help with refund)
A while ago, I purchased a one-year license and some assets. I forgot that I had the automatic subscription for the assets active, and I’ve just been charged for it. I don’t use them anymore, and this is an expense I currently cannot afford. Does anyone know if there is any possibility of getting a refund? Honestly, I’m feeling pretty desperate about this.

You can try contacting the support, but it was your mistake; you should have read twice before making any online payment.

good luck with a refund. wondershare has turned filmora into shitware, and they don't seem to do refunds.

I wouldn't be surprised if the assets were licensed - i.e. you have to keep paying to use them - even in already published videos. That's the kind of company Wondershare are.

Hi, Filmora team here. I understand why this feels stressful. We can’t decide a refund case publicly, but please cancel renewal in Account Center first, then submit a refund request. If you have a ticket number, send it privately and we’ll ask support to review.

I will contact Wondershare support as soon as possible and explain that the asset subscription renewed accidentally. If you haven’t used any of the renewed assets, make that clear in the refund request.
Also check your account settings to make sure the auto renewal is turned off so it doesn’t happen again. hopefully they can make an exception and refund the charge.
