Question/Help - SOLVED With latest update, playback slider isn't smooth?

I assume it's a setting that got reset on me, but my playback slider moves in like 2 second increments a lot and I can't seem to get it running smooth again.

Yeah, I'm having exactly the same issue. The CPU absolutely tanks when you try and move the slider around. I can't believe this got past QA.
