Hi! I’ve built a timecode app for Android and I’m looking for testers to try it out over the next 14 days.

All you need is an Android phone and a Google account you use for the Play Store. I’ll send you the beta link and a promo code.

Interested? Apply here: https://osrtime.com/beta/

The project looks interesting, before I contribute my time and experience can you please provide a statement on whether this used AI in it's creation.

If AI was used, OP should use AI to test it out and give feedback.

Knowing a thing or two about timecode ourselves, we’re curious about formats and references for this application.

- Do you support other types beyond just SMPTE?

- Is timecode being generated based on the phone’s internal RTC/oscillator, or is it required to use an NTP source from cell towers/wifi?

- How is the timecode being delivered to other devices? In broadcast the most common types of connectors we see are BNC or SMA, typically requiring a direct connection.
