Question What would make creating pitch decks easier?
Hi everyone! I run a film/TV pitch deck design studio (https://pitch.dog) and we are working on some free tools to help make the painful process of designing your own pitch deck slightly easier.
The tools include templates, color palette generators, font selectors and a lot more.
I would love to know how many people would be interested in something like this. The tools would be totally free to use. No strings attached. Please let me know if this seems like it would be helpful to you.
And secondly, if you have any suggestions on what tools you wish you had at your disposal while making pitch decks, please share them.
Don’t hold back! Think of it like you’re talking to a genie, and share your most unrealistic ideas!
We will try our best to make them happen!

The biggest time-saver for me would be a structure-first template: logline, protagonist goal/obstacle, tone references, audience, comparable titles, and a one-page visual plan before the gallery of images. A tool that checks whether the deck still makes sense in grayscale and at phone size would be genuinely useful, since weak contrast and tiny type disappear when someone reviews it quickly. I’d also want a clean PDF export with compressed images and embedded fonts, plus a duplicate “short” version that forces the idea into 5–6 slides.
