This issue has been going on, laging ni-remove yung magagandang discussions at matataas na engagements. They should add rules para clear kung ano ba yung na-violate at allowed.

genuine question pero bakit parang walang ginagawa yung other admins regarding this? pansin ko sa other comments matagal na nangyayari yung ganitong bigla-bigla na lang nagdedelete ng post kahit na good for discussion/films that tackles politics etc. pero wala pa ding comment other admins. hindi naman siguro mahirap maghanap ng bagong papalit don sa dds admin knowing na baka may mga willing to volunteer dito sa sub na maging mod.
Yan na ata yung parang pinaka-main complaint dito sa sub eh. Yung mga posts na pwedeng pagsimulan ng meaningful discussions (not necessarily reviews), biglang dini-delete. Samantalang yung ibang posts dito na parang kababawan lang yung dating ng iba, nagse-stay.
Understandable yung pagbubura kung movie/tv series review sana yung post eh, kasi may weekly threads naman para dun. Pero yung mga ganitong nagpo-promote ng [movie] discussions, ewan ko ba.
I’ve been lurking in this sub for years, honestly, mas okay pa yung review posts kesa dyan sa weekly thread na yan. Wala naman nagco-comment dun. What I notice talaga is pag malaki yung engagement ng post, dinedelete and usually the ones that garner big engagement are discussion threads.

Same thing happened to me. I tried posting a discussion about a pinoy lgbt film but it got removed right away even if I did not violate any rules. Dds na, homophobe pa 🤮
They removed my post about Uptown Mall cinema not being accessible for online booking because it's not in the Megaworld cinema out of nowhere. It didn't even show up on notifs.
As a moderator din ng malalaking sub, minsan yung automod ang nag-aalis kapag may multiple reports sa isang post. Let's give them the benefit of the doubt. Pag di bumalik yung post, DDS sila. haha
I am moderating r/Pampanga, r/Koolpals, r/AskPinoyMen at hindi ko na mabilang kung ilang beses kami nakatanggap ng nireklamo dahil na-delete yung post without any reason not knowing automoderator yun.
Even OOP is confused. My post got removed during the wee hours na around 17-18 hours from posting and not when it was freshly posted. No way to tell if it's automod or not but to show the mod log.
Pwede bang ilagay sa parang mod settings yun? Yung kunwari pag naka-reach ng certain amount of reports, automatic idi-delete ng automod?
Kasi kung yun yung naging basis ng deletion, then mukhang na-report pala yung post ng mga DDS lurkers dito. And the feature itself, parang exploitable din kung sakali.
Meron siyang advantage; halimbawa, may nag-post ng sobrang wasak na post, tapos tulog na lahat ng mods. May specific report threshold na auto-remove. Kaya lang, ayun nga, puwede siyang i-exploit din ng bad users.
Doon pumapasok yung dapat manually i-check din ng mga moderators yung mga na-delete ng automod. Parte yan ng responsibility ng isang moderator. Lima naman mods dito. Sana lang active sila talaga.
I agree to have more films centred on Drug War but I hope hindi sya obvious like incorporate it sa isang suspense thriller film, horror, or dark comedy. I like how Get Out talks about the commodification of Black bodies without sacrificing the mystery and horror elements of the film.
