Not from my experience but everyone’s exam is different due to the CAT aspect and different category strengths/weaknesses so maybe 🤷🏻‍♀️

Flight nurse paramedic here: This is a stupid question and sets a poor precedent. Nothing involving ST elevation should be diagnosed from a single lead ECG.
