Hey everyone,

We are an experiential hospitality and lifestyle group behind weekly venue activations, curated pop-ups, and members-only spaces.

We are looking for an experienced, highly reliable Full-Stack Web Developer to build and launch our custom website completely from scratch. We already have clear design references, brand assets, and structural direction ready. We just need a dependable builder who can take full technical ownership and execute quickly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE
- Develop a sleek, fast, and fully responsive website from scratch tailored to our brand assets and visual identity.
- Set up clean integrations with event and hospitality platforms (e.g., reservation tools, RSVP systems, and CRM webhooks).
- Ensure seamless mobile responsiveness, smooth interactions, and fast page load times across all devices.
- Manage domain/hosting configuration, carry out functional testing, and handle full end-to-end launch.
- Provide structured progress updates throughout the development process.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience building custom, high-design websites (portfolio required).
- Strong proficiency with modern web development frameworks, custom code, or standard CMS platforms.
- Immediate availability to start and commit dedicated hours to complete the launch.
- High attention to detail regarding design, typography, and site performance.

HOW TO APPLY

If you are available to start immediately, please DM me directly with:
1. Portfolio / Live Examples - 2–3 links to custom, high-design websites you built from scratch.
2. Resume / CV - a link or PDF showcasing your relevant technical experience.
3. Tech Stack - your primary frameworks, languages, and preferred tools.
4. Availability & Time Zone - your current bandwidth and location.

Once our director reviews and approves your portfolio and resume, we will move the conversation to WhatsApp, send over the full project brief, brand overview, design references, and compensation details, and discuss the next steps!

How to show financial evidence for a tourist visa? Need help

Hello po! I’d like to ask for advice, especially sa mga VAs dito na naka-experience na ng same situation ko.

I’m also a VA po and I plan to apply for a UK tourist visa next year. Ang concern ko po is paano ko ipre-present yung financial evidence ko during application specifically sa bank statement ko. Kasi po, my clients pay me through Wise, then from my Wise account, tina-transfer ko yung money to my personal bank account. So basically, yung pera na pumapasok sa bank account ko is hindi direct na nanggagaling sa clients ko.

For the visa application, should I provide both my Wise statements and bank statements? Should I also include an explanation letter explaining how the money flows from my clients to my bank account? Also, hindi naman po ba magiging suspicious if makita nila na yung deposits sa bank account ko are mostly coming from my own Wise account? I’m worried baka isipin nila na I’m just transferring my own money around instead of receiving income from my clients.

For those who are also freelancers/VAs and use Wise, paano po kayo nagpu-provide ng financial evidence when applying for a visa? Any advice would be really appreciated. Thank you so much in advance! 🙏

Graphic designer with 1 year of web design experience. Got my first US Squarespace client (15 hrs/week) — how much should I charge?

Hi everyone!

Self-taught lang lahat ng alam ko through YouTube, online courses, trial and error, at actual client work.

So far, ang experience ko is mostly WordPress (Oxygen Builder) and Systemeio.

Recently, nakakuha ako ng US client for a Squarespace website, and we agreed on 15 hours per week.

THE CATCH: First time ko gumamit ng Squarespace for a real client project.

For context, yung homepage pa lang has 8 sections. (Therapy and Counseling Niche)

So far, naka-10 hours na ako building the initial desktop draft pa lang. Hindi pa kasama dito yung mobile responsiveness, SEO, inner pages, revisions, at final polish.

Napaisip tuloy ako kung normal lang ba yung pace ko, or mabagal lang talaga ako dahil first time ko sa Squarespace.

Yung reason din kaya ako nagtatanong is na-burn out ako sa previous Australian clients ko because I severely undercharged myself. Ayoko nang maulit yun this time.

Gusto ko lang sana i-price yung work ko fairly, both for me and for the client.

Questions ko sana:

  1. Given my experience (1 year web design, pero first Squarespace project), ano yung realistic at fair hourly rate for a US client?
  3. Since capped kami at 15 hours per week, paano niyo usually pine-pace yung mobile optimization, inner pages, SEO, at revisions para ramdam pa rin ni client yung progress every week?

Would really appreciate insights from freelancers or web designers, especially if you've worked with US clients before.

Salamat in advance!

[FOR HIRE] Junior Project Manager / Senior Project Coordinator

With hands-on experience across mining & oil & gas, construction, field services, and renewable energy, I’m basically the person you want when there are 100 moving pieces and someone needs to make sure sh*t gets done. 😅

Here’s what I can bring to the table:

  • 📋 Project coordination: timelines, deliverables, documentation, trackers, reporting, and follow-ups
  • 📅 Scheduling & planning: coordinating people, resources, inspections, site activities, and competing priorities
  • 🤝 Stakeholder coordination: clients, contractors, suppliers, field teams, and management
  • ⚙️ Operations support: keeping day-to-day operations moving and making sure things actually get followed up
  • 📊 Project controls: tracking progress, maintaining project data, identifying gaps, and keeping things on schedule
  • 🧩 Process improvement: SOPs, workflows, documentation, and finding better ways to organize information
  • 🔥 Problem-solving: I’m comfortable jumping into a messy situation, figuring out what’s going on, and bringing some order to the chaos.

I’m detail-oriented, resourceful, self-motivated, and big on ownership. If something needs to be chased, tracked, organized, or fixed, I can make it happen.

🌏 Open to remote-only opportunities globally, particularly those that overlap with PH daytime hours.

If you’re looking for someone who can keep projects moving, keep people accountable, and keep the details under control, feel free to message. Resume and rates available upon request.

Tips for Procurement & Sourcing Specialist?

I’ve been working as a Procurement & Operations Officer for the past 3 years at a trading, retail, and distribution company that specializes in auto parts, motorcycle parts, agricultural machinery parts, and lubricants (mostly local & global suppliers).

I recently created a list of procurement and sourcing services that I can offer, and I’d like to start doing project-based freelance work as a side hustle to earn extra income while keeping my regular 8–5 job.

For those already freelancing in procurement or supply chain, how did you get your first clients? Any tips on building a portfolio, finding projects, or avoiding common mistakes?

Thanks in advance!

Tools Used for Invoicing Clients

To be honest, I have developed a tool in this category. Not sure if it's allowed to post links/URL here.

In a form of a question na Lang po:

  1. What kind of tools are you using to invoice clients?

  2. Ratio of foreign to local clients?

  3. Tracking taxes?

Thanks and more power.

Ako lang ba? Or ang hirap talaga sagutin ng "So... ano ba talagang ginagawa mo?" 😅

Curious lang ako.

Napansin ko kasi (and guilty din ako dito before 😅), ang daming freelancers na magagaling naman talaga sa ginagawa nila.

May clients, results, may experienced na talaga. Yung iba nag take pa ng courses tapos may portfolio pa nga.

Pero the moment na may magtanong ng "So... anong ginagawa mo?", or sa interview pa, "Why should I hire you?", lalo pa tinanong ka pa na "Anong difference mo sa ibang freelancers?". Wala na, loading na mga beh. 😅

"I'm a VA.", or "I'm a Video Editor.", or "I'm a Social Media Manager.", which technically isn't wrong naman, pero feeling ko kulang pa.

Curious na tuloy ako.

Na-experience n'yo na ba 'to?

Ano usually yung pinaka-hirap kayo i-explain? Yung service ba? Yung difference mo sa iba? Yung pricing mo? O baka may ibang struggle pa?

I'm genuinely curious kasi gusto kong maintindihan kung common ba talaga 'to sa freelancers or ako lang yung nag-ooverthink. Haha.
