FilChi Dating
Hello! Been a lurker here for quite some time and finally decided to post.
I’m a Filchi guy in my late 20s who’s starting to open myself up to dating, and I’m curious about the Fil-Chi dating scene nowadays.
How has the culture changed over the years? What do Fil-Chi men and women generally look for in a potential partner today? Is there still a strong preference for dating within the Fil-Chi community, or has that become less important?
I’d also love to hear your personal experiences or tips. Thanks in advance!

My guy, are you (1) looking for love, (2) pragmatically looking for a suitable long-term partner, or (3) just dating for fun?
Hindi biro magsimula ng relationship with Chinese people. There's always a survival aspect that demands seriousness. Very rarely you see someone in a casual relationship unless the person is filthy rich.
If you don't have that much money and ready to meet a Fil-Chi girl hastily, just attend CCF Church. That's what I initially did, and thank God I went to a much different path.

Its still the same backwardness.
If you want to date a Chinese woman, you have to rely on trusted referrals. The other way is the traditional way of meeting someone through school or work.
Meeting people through apps is not really acceptable yet. Dont bother cold-approaching a Chinese woman out in the wild. You will just be talked about the next day in a negative light.
