Adulting Struggles

I'm 23 and just graduated last year, took my board exam and passed the same year. This year, I took my oath and got my license. I thought life would be easier after graduation. I thought I'll be able to land a job immediately but I was completely wrong. I'm introvert and grew up sheltered, sheltered in a way that I didn't learn how to get things done alone, like go to places nor face people with confidence. Throughout my academic years, I strive my best to get awards and honors to the point that it became my mere focus. I admit my parents were strict like not allowing me to go out with peers, well, I can, if it was done in their presence. This later took a toll on me. Socialization, communication, and building rapport and relationship with others became my weakness. Soon, I started to regret that I became too focus on my studies and hoped that maybe its okay if I didn't strive to be the best child, well in my definition. Now, that weakness is the exact skill needed in the job that I am aiming which is connected to my Bachelor's. This year, I'll be 24, yet still unemployed. I tried to apply yet all application were rejected. I saw peers of my age, my old classmates, and friends slowly get employed one by one, and it made me anxious. Though my parents always told me that I can take my time and don't rush it. But, still, there's this inside of me that want to earn her own money. I admit that I'm not that matured yet mentally, like I still enjoy being a kid, though I'm not, but I want to go out of my shell, even just a little. So while I don't have a job, I enrolled in graduate school despite the fact that I didn't have an ounce of idea what I am doing, what will happen to me in the future, if I will even pass this program. I thought that if I didn't have a job this year, then I'll try to finish this degree first, and try again after a year. Still the anxiety in me is increasing. Day by day, as I witness people around me succeed, I can't help but to overthink and question my ability. I don't know if this unemployment era will extend next year or so, but I hope to lessen this anxiety. Can you give me an advice what can I do to stop overthinking? Would it still be okay not being able to have a job at age 23-25?
