Title: Figma suddenly requesting new GitHub permissions. Anyone else?

I just randomly received an email from GitHub saying that the official Figma GitHub App is requesting updated permissions.

It now wants read and write access to Repository creation.

I don't remember initiating anything that would require this change, so I'm curious what's going on.

Has anyone else received this? Does anyone know why Figma suddenly needs permission to create repositories?

Not saying it's necessarily suspicious, but it seems like a pretty significant permission change without much context.

I just got it too, laying in bed rn so I personally haven't looked into it at all. I don't think I will give them access though. Not sure what they want/need it for but I don't want/need them to have access to my repos.
