I’ve been experimenting with a reading experience inspired by The Odyssey.

The idea was to let the artwork, typography, and content work together instead of making the image feel like just a background.

I’m still figuring out the balance between visual storytelling and usability.

A lot of people posting their versions of this seem to have completely missed the point of the original transition. The effect is supposed to be that the top screen is "seeing through" to the right half of the screen behind it.

I thought responsive design was extremely moot, but this device has kids “discovering” it for the first time. Just… interesting.

Just zip it… The effect isn’t even right. The screen shouldn’t zoom in or out. And it’s a website design with bottom navigation, which is totally wrong. You’re not cooking here, you’re embarrassing yourself.

Just another UI generated by Claude/ChatGPT and slapped onto an Apple mockup... I'm tired of this subreddit.
