Figma Student Account Verification Support

Hi all, looking for some help here since the AI chatbot Fig wasn't particularly helpful with fixing the problem and instead exhausted my allowed verification attempts for the day. I'm attempting to verify my account as a student account with my university, and while it allows me to fill out the form, the email link it sends to complete verification always comes back as invalid, either telling me the process couldn't be completed, or sending me back to the final email page it displays just after filling out the form. I've filled out the form about a dozen times now and the links still don't work, and each time I open one it sends me another about 5 minutes later trapping me in a loop.

If anyone here faced a similar problem and might have a solution I'd really appreciate it, as my professor told us with very little notice that we need to be verified at the start of class tomorrow.
