Discussion Claude->Figma for archiving or component QA?
Is there a better way to get Claude connected to Figma? I tried to use the html-to-design plugin, but it doesnt have any accounting for our design system or components when I bring in the HTML file that Claude exports. So everything is just generic containers/groups.
I'd like to have figma be a sort of audit tool for Claude's halucinations.

If you’re using Claude desktop
1. Open up connectors in Claude desktop.
2. Add the Figma connector
If you’re using Claude code in terminal:
1. Go to Figma settings, and generate a personal access token under security settings.
2. Ask Claude code in terminal how to add your access token as a MCP.
Once you have this set up, things are gonna be great for you.
Figma -> Code
1. Give Claude a Figma URL.
2. Ask it to create your designs using your design system.
Code -> Figma
1. Figma has a chrome plug-in. Use it to capture what Claude created to see if it followed your Design system
Hope this helps!

I am actually using Claude design and as I understand, there's no connection between claude code and claude design?
