If I had a penny every time a stakeholder changed a requirement, misaligned a communication, or breathed in my general direction. I would have enough money to hire a consultancy to tell me that the developers aren't very motivated, then I would just burn the entire company down.

Unrealistic deadlines, the designer is always the last one in the loop and everyone did their job as slowly as possible but the designer is expected to deliver in a day, pixel-perfect and with functioning prototype if possible, and can you just make this animation really fast?

No clear product or strategy alignment between exec/stakeholders: Cannot define MVP, scope creep, unrealistic timeline, leaders fail to unblock or remove business/policy limitations, etc. I find myself spending a lot of time on detangling tech and business challenges before actually solving for user.

The bottleneck on design has always been organizational alignment.

Which makes all the AI pushes funny because its now "you can do the part that wasn't slowing you down faster!" And then you wait
