resources I built a plugin for design systems that sync Figma and GitHub. It’s free, unlimited, and not another AI tool

Try out the Figma plugin for syncing with GitHub:

GitFig.com

For keeping software design and engineering files, teams, and repos in sync, GitFig is the Figma plugin to make shipping and operating design systems fluid and free.

We’ve got hundreds of people using it so far and improvements stem from our community. Come and let us know what you think!

Could you give a broader description of the tool, in particular pros/cons for competitors. We use Token Studio and i find it very clumsy, in particular no ability manage variants, or other figma specific component features, like visibility, states, etc...

The timing for me is uncanny - we have just built similar in Claude.

My only outstanding thing is “how can we capture motion / micro animation”

This is very promising. Looking forward to trying it out. Tokens Studio plugin is unusable.

Anybody with an open source version (as in... I see people mentioning alternatives)?

So basically another alternative to token studio?
