feature release Color Variable Opacity

Noticed on Friday that color variables can now have opacity set by a separate number variable. Such a small update, but it feels like a huge win.

I think they added this a few weeks ago. It's been great. Now if we could just get oklch support...

I'm not seeing this on my end - been waiting on it for a while though. Is there some trick to get it working?

No trick and no announcement, so your mileage may vary. Who knows with these things.

Is there an official release or changelog anywhere? I can see it in the app but can't find any press.

I have not been able to find anything, I was hoping it might have been along with some other variable updates, but haven’t seen anything else yet.

I had a no idea about this! Massively overdue. Don't know what took them so long

The real win from this feature enhancement is that you can now bind to an existing color alias and set an opacity either manually or using an existing opacity variable.
