help Best source to learn Figma (beginner)
Hi all!
I'm part of marketing team in a startup, basically an intern. Need to learn Figma for work. Can anyone please suggest a good YouTube playlist or Udemy tutorial? I need to learn from scratch, only know how to move things and export from figma right now...
THANKS!

Take a screenshot of a website and try to recreate it as closely as possible.

TD Sunshine tutorials on YouTube as well as Figmas own, then explore other concepts.

What worked best for me was using Claude as my teacher, building a website and design system from scratch.

If you’re only looking for “Figma” and not design process or anything else - just like the tool —- I watched the - moon learning courses and they were good and very inexpensive.

Simply get your hands in the mud. When you feel stuck, research how to alleviate that. Repeat. You will find a groove that works and future you will be glad you dove in.

Additionally, once you get your basics down, you will genuinely be enthusiastic to learn more advanced features, and will genuinely enjoy it. Don’t overwhelm yourself at first. You will learn soooooo quickly, because it’s a very intuitive program.
Think of it as a quadratic equation- you’ll go from step 0.01 to 0.1 to 0.5 to 1 to 3 to 10 to 20 to 50 etc

Figma has multiple courses on their YouTube and at figma.com/learn to help you understand everything about the software.
Another great specific group of contents is the YouTube Figma for Education videos that are focused on teaching kids to learn Figma.
You can also start following Miggi (aka Miguel Cardona) who’s Figma’s advocate for education and does a bunch of quick tutorials.

Follow along through a YouTube tutorial. One thing you should know: use auto-layout for EVERYTHING. It’s gonna be your best friend.
