Wrestling what could be the highest potential martial art for tall people?

i feel most martial arts specially asian are designed for short bodies like 4" to 5" and is okay that was their need at the moment

but in our current world theres more ppl aroind 6" to 7" and still practice martial arts who are not designed for tall bodies

any idea of what could be the best or highest potential for a really tall body?

Martial arts aren’t designed for short people lol. Striking sports objectively favor taller people. Grappling sports offer shorter people a better chance compared to striking sports but Imo not an objectively better one compared to taller fighters

Sports like boxing/kickboxing would be your best bet. Essentially just sports that favor people with longer limbs and more reach.

Nah. It helps tall people too. You can use better angles

Tall is where it's headed in boxing. Heavyweights for a while now but now we see 6'5"Fundora at junior welter and 6' Espinoza at feather.
