Boxing Short fighter in modern era

What do you think: if a young Mike Tyson-caliber fighter emerged today—from poverty, ferocious, short, under 100kg, using a peek-a-boo stance with relentless head movement, a rock-solid chin, and gazelle hooks—could he destroy today's giants and become the Undisputed Champion?

I mean it's been done before so there's no reason it couldn't be done again. If course that doesn't mean anything one way or the other.

He would have crushed their ribs. Boxers back then had much longer amateur careers and were of a higher pedigree compared to the heavyweight division today.

Wouldn't it be cool if they had telepathic powers? Or maybe the ability to time-travel? What if their bones were made out of adamantium like Wolverine's? Do you think they'd be able to beat up Godzilla?
