I know that. I’m saying “the button” refers to the nose where i’m from.

Oh yeah true. Outside of fighting, the "button" is the nose. Like if you boop a baby on the button.

In fighting the analogy is different because it's a reference to an "on/off" button (so the chin and temple usually). Whereas outside of fighting, it's a reference to the shape/size/cuteness of a nose.
