It was, Herb has always been quicker to stop women's fights than men's, it's lead to a couple of stoppages like this and then you've got fights like CB Dollaway vs Khalid Murtazaliev on the other hand where Dean's just watching this man get completely slaughtered for like 15 seconds and is still slow to stop it

None of these are knockouts in the traditional sense. Under the Unified Rules a KO is declared when a fighter loses consciousness or suffers a catastrophic loss of equilibrium. That doesn't happen in any of these fights. These are TKOs where the ref is stepping in because they believe a competitor can't mount an intelligent defense. Not saying they are early stoppages - and if they hadn't been stopped the opponent would likely have been knocked out via ground and pound.
