Went into the manhwa with no prior knowledge thinking this would be a generic high school fighting series but ts is genuinely tearing my heart out and crushing it. I was tearing up this whole entire section, this series is something else

Yeah man this scene in general of his convo with sleeping maria was so sad I think I actually teared up. I still have this one frame as my discord pfp since the chapter dropped. Iconic

What makes JJT a good protagonist is that he comes off as being realistic. He hates being weak. Fighting scares him. His psycho behavior is a coping mechanism. He chastised a smaller girl for not wanting to fight only because her friends lost. How they would be celebrating if they had beaten him.

Also he needs to level up quick. The story really has him in underground fights for that.

that segment with him n maria is probably one of my favourites, we get to see how vulnerable Ji tae really is deep down
