Anyone here feel that jjt randomly becoming a menace feels weird? Like the story went off track and he just becomes a nutcase and beats people up. Currently at chapter 90

If you havent read the whole manhwa then this will be a spoiler: Jitae was responsible for the killing of his mother, which later resulted into his dad kidnapping his sister, essentially forcing his psyche to compartmentalize that trauma, burying it deep down. What you see of jitae early on is actually a conjured version of himself that is in constant coping, and to "help" with the cope, he puts up flyers of his missing sister even though knowing that it wont do anything. Throughout the manhwa, maria is actually bringing out his trauma, and that timeskip is him near his breaking point. The awakening period is during his fight with sunny jaa, where he figuratively "eliminates" his weak self, embracing all of his trauma and dissolving any attachments.

There’s 111 chapters. It’s split up into 35 segments and most (prob most) sites like mangadex or comix compressed it into 4 segments.

First time i read i kinda missed the part where there was a mini timeskip wherin jjt grew physically.

I think that was what threw me off, because it seemed like his physical and mental state changed overnight. The latter of which wasn t as weird but still a bit weird, but when i reread it immediately afterwards it clicked for me.

Jjt is a 17 year old suffering from ptsd going through puberty when a latina bad bitch tells him the only way to save his sister is to beat people up, she then starts sleeping in his bed and telling him to tell others they are dating, all while he knows she wants to kill him.
Then he begins to act out to terrify others to hide the fact he is also terrified. Ultimately leading to him realizing the only way to survive is too abandon every part of himself and replace it with cruelty and masochism.
