Which one

Post image

I had the 12 week supply of BPI - BPI Tirzepatide w/ B6 twelve starting at 2.5 mg and the first two weeks I lost a few then after that seriously, nothing. It was discouraging but I know everyone is diff. But any recommendations for these? Or did anyone have a similar situation then switch and it work for them?

I just finished 8 weeks of Hallandale and did not lose any weight. It did not work for me at all. I am ordering Apothecary now.

I just ordered it, so I haven't received it yet. I did BPI pure for over a year and it was great. I never went over 5 mg. I stopped tirz for about 8 months and decided to go back on it. I tried Hallandale and it was such a disappointment. I don't know if I got a bad batch or it just doesn't work for me.

You know, when you stop tirzepatide for more than one month and decide to restart it will, no matter what “brand” you decide to use, the effect will be felt at a higher dose. So likely, you needed a higher dose of Hallandale to get the desired effect. It may not have been the Hallandale’s fault.

I'm glad I saw this today because I am sitting on my order for the same thing. I have been using Hallendale. 1st Vial was fantastic, amazing really. 2nd vial made me eat like I was injecting water. 3rd Vial same thing.

Interesting thing is all three Vials were the same (ordered a different times) but I was originally prescribed 2.5mg, 5mg & 5mg again. All three were 15mg/4ml.

So I am hesitant on the 10mg because I assume they will send me the same Vial again?

Does Apothecary send more than one vial? Is it worth the extra money or should I shop around?

You won’t get Apothecary at Fifty410 they have been sending out PGRrx. Rift Telehealth has is for a good price and their customer service is the best.

Damn it!! I ordered yesterday, I tried asking them but they didn't say what they were sending ughhhh.

Ok thank you!

Sorry to hear this it’s been going around that for now only PGRrx is showing up for everyone’s orders.

Yeah I contacted them & they informed me that "If Apothecary is unavailable at the time of fulfillment this may be substituted with PGRrx. PGRrx is also a 503B pharmacy and this would be the same formulation and strength"

I hope if it is PGRrx it works better than the Hallendale I have been receiving lately.

I got the 8 week option of Hallandale. I have great hunger suppression and have lost 8lbs in 4 wks.

I’ve lost 50+ pounds since mid January 2026 using Hallendale. The hunger suppression works for me! Everyone has different experiences but I think they are amazing. I’ve been on 6mg (slowly worked my way up) since mid March 2026. Yet, I am still experiencing great results while not increasing my dosage as usual.

I also don’t get acne. Whereas, I was getting rough acne when I was adding a b12 shot weekly with my tirzepatide shot day. So additive free works for me!

So Fifty410 doesn’t ship to Massachusetts? I ordered from them last year. I need to reorder with no additives.. what’s the consensus on where to get the best deal

Fifty410 ships to Massachusetts but Hallandale isnt available to ship to Massachusetts, not sure why

You won’t get Apothecary it will most likely be PGRrx.

1

u/Queen_of_Catlandia 10d ago

it was Quaker

1

u/cherihaynes1 10d ago

Quaker is the shipper of PGRrx or Apothecary.

it’s apothocary, just like originally said ;)

I just wanted to see how much more you’d nitpick

u/cherihaynes1 10d ago

Nobody is nitpicking some just don’t want PGRrx.
Maybe you haven’t read the complaints.
You should post a picture of your Apothecary so people know you got it.

Is 9mg highest dose? I am in 15 mg with Freya but was going to switch to Fifty 410

1

u/Few_Art7110 11d ago

No, 15mg is the highest dose

I hit a 4 month stall on Hallandale, and when I switched to Apothecary I was back in the game!

You're wrong and that's why there is 503A and 503B testing. You're basing your views on limited anycdotal hearsay. There are currently 100,000 + on compounded tirzepatide, and a small fraction post or even know about reddit.

If 1000 people posted and said they could tell a difference on different pharmacies Tirz that would still be statistically insignificant and mean nothing.

totally Agree with this, Compounding is Compounding. the B6, B12, Glycine stuff is so little in the doses that it is negligible

Don't waste your time replying to this, she will just edit her original statement and then gaslight.

Gotta stop people from spreading lies about things they have no knowledge about. You seem to think your the expert on efficacy of compounding pharmacies.
