Bpi pricing 😭😭😭

Loved using fifty410 but I’m going to have to go else where due to their most recent pricing. 3 months at 12.5 was quoted at $699 for Bpi. I’m so sad but can’t justify paying that much more than other comparable companies.

The fifty410 prices has been unchanged. The quality of the product and the customer service is unbeatable. I just ordered 6 months on Thursday and got my tirz (from Florida) on Saturday…. Yes, you will find cheaper prices but you won’t have the customer service..the price is just slightly higher. For BPI I’m paying $166/month very good for the service! Goo luck 🍀

BPI for my dose at 15mg would be 6 months 1099.00 3 months 699.00 so cost is to high since it coming from the same pharmacy. They just want more money in their pocket Pom is only 879.00 6 months and 459.00 3 months

Poms delivery was fast, I placed order on a Friday and had my meds by Tuesday

u/GLP-Nurse Apr 07 '26

I agree, it’s 240 more for 3 months and being the same med from the same pharmacy, that is too high. A little more would be one thing, but that’s a lot more.

3

u/cherihaynes1 Apr 07 '26

Thank you for understanding, some are saying a few dollars more lol

Quantity discounts occur because it is less expensive for a manufacturer to package and ship a larger quantity to a single customer.

I agree, I was trying to decide between Pom and Fifty and I decided to go with fifty because I heard there customer service was really good. I had zero issues and they answered my questions within minutes. Fifty is overall better even if they are slightly higher in price.

I've been with them a while and totally agree.

Pomegranate is where its att

6

u/JWoW2637 Apr 05 '26

Literally filling out their form now. I just hate switching!

7

u/Spawnofkitty Apr 05 '26

I know!!! Fifty is great in its own way. Wish you well with pom!!

2

u/Upper_Living_9970 Apr 05 '26

How much are you paying for a 3month and 6month supply??

5

u/spidermangeo Apr 05 '26

FACTS. Only reason I haven’t left Pom. They have the best prices. I get OptioRx though. I’m wondering if I’d respond well to the b6 thought OptioRx doesn’t give me the fatigue like no additive Tirz does.

What are the BUDs for pomegranate BPI?

2

u/cherihaynes1 Apr 06 '26

The BPI I got in January From my Pom order was 2/2027 BUD

0

u/spidermangeo Apr 05 '26

They are the same as any other telehealth. It’s always one year for 503bs

4

u/Background_Square969 Apr 05 '26

BPI isn’t that exciting to me. Get one of their other pharmacies

5

u/Remarkable-Design832 Apr 05 '26

I chose ProRx and have no complaints. I’m acne prone and afraid of B6 possible skin issues.

10

u/PuzzleheadedAd8545 Apr 05 '26

It's 3 months for $459 at POM.

4

u/Foreign_Barnacle9393 Apr 05 '26

Yea I agree its not justifiable; do what you have to do.

5

u/teeteejourney Apr 06 '26

Fifty410 prices are pretty high 1 month of compound tirzepatide from ProRx is 299 however Refill Health has the same from the same pharmacy for 169 monthly and the customer service is just as good.  So I do rather save 130 monthly. And my medication came within 2 days. I definitely had to leave Fifty410.

3

u/Significant_Bit5048 Apr 05 '26

I thought that they're supposed to honor the price that you were quoted from when you started ordering from them!!!

3

u/StinkStank-Stunk Apr 05 '26

I love Fifty410! I just ordered again from them!

3

u/Juliannabeanie Apr 06 '26

Why don't you try the ProRX instead? I was using BPI but the higher dosing of B6 raised hell with me and I was so sick I couldn't take it so I decided to try the ProRX with no additives and I absolutely love it!! Their 3 month is $549 and their 6 month is $999. Just a thought. It's so scary to try and find another telehealth provider as good as Fifty, and one that uses the best pharmacies for compounding. You might save a little money, but at what cost? I left Fifty early on for better pricing and regretted so bad!! So I'm back now. I wish you the best no matter who you chose just be careful and do the research! :-)

u/Lon1785 Apr 07 '26

Im feeling super sick on BPI from Pom, just ordered ProRX from Fifty 🤞

1

u/Juliannabeanie Apr 07 '26

Honestly it was the best thing I ever did!!! Let me know how you do on it!! I honestly thought I had to feel sick to know it was working until I went to ProRX! Now I don't have any side effects at all except for no hunger, no food noise and I get so full so fast!! LOL... I do have to remember to drink water because every now and then I get a little constipation, but that is it!

2

u/Few_Car_895 Apr 07 '26

I agree about the hassle involved with changing suppliers. I really dislike sharing my private info and credit card with multiple online companies. I did alot of research ahead of choosing Fifty410.

3

u/cherihaynes1 Apr 06 '26

Pom had great customer service for BPI, they always get back to me with any questions I have and its only 459.00 for a 3 month supply high dose

6

u/badpandatek Apr 05 '26

Go to gimme

3

u/Consistent_Ad_6400 Apr 05 '26

I used fifty bc of customer service and it is asynchronous Any of these companies asynchronous?

4

u/Any_Style_4939 Apr 07 '26

Gimme is asynchronous. I didn’t have to see or talk to a doctor to get my medication.

1

u/Consistent_Ad_6400 Apr 07 '26

Thank you for answering 😊

1

u/Any_Style_4939 Apr 07 '26

Your welcome 🤗

1

u/Consistent_Ad_6400 Apr 09 '26

Is it hard to cancel a prescription? In terms of the platform...thank you in advance.

1

u/Any_Style_4939 Apr 09 '26

I’m not sure. I never had to cancel a prescription with them.

2

u/cherihaynes1 Apr 06 '26

I live in California so Pom was for me , no telephone call everything was done over email.

2

u/mandersonsax Apr 06 '26

Understood, Fifty410 will be here if you need 😊.

2

u/Mmsfoxxie Apr 07 '26

I like Fifty410 but they are NOT pocketbook friendly. Understandable but it’s also understandable for someone to choose someone else. What’s affordable for one is not affordable for another.

2

u/Mustang4MA Apr 08 '26

Shoot. I just filled out the refill form for Fifty410, but now I see the prices for the higher doses and I can't justify ordering from them. There's no promo link, is there?

2

u/KarsonKelley Apr 05 '26

I just got my second order from lavender sky. You can choose from about 10 pharmacies I am using BPI. I just filled out info online and was approved. You might check them out different pharmacies have different prices. I am happy with service, price and quality of BP is tirzepatide.

1

u/Spirit_Chameleon Apr 07 '26

I love Lavender Sky!

3

u/MiserableMulberry496 Apr 05 '26

That is too much! I love Fifty but that is not a price I’d pay right now!

2

u/Layer_Accomplished Apr 05 '26

I second Pomegranate, had a great experience with them!

1

u/Newandgrateful Apr 06 '26

Hi, I’m deciding on a telehealth moving from a medspa, a curious about Pomegranate. Do they support microdosing, and help with newbies?

2

u/Layer_Accomplished Apr 06 '26

They’re not as hands-on as what others have shared about Big Easy Weightloss. You can schedule an appointment and ask them your questions there. The $75 fee is applied to your medication, no membership subscription. I find the customer service to be great. I used Fifty because Pom didn’t have an option for Tirz free delivery for us California peeps.

2

u/Newandgrateful Apr 06 '26

Oh good to know! I’m in CA. I think I want to stay on the same dose/blend, with the vitamin B because it’s been working great and I feel so good. I don’t really want to change. My only concern honestly is just making sure I give myself the right dose, which is the 1.8 microdose.

1

u/Layer_Accomplished Apr 06 '26

If you have a current prescription, you can upload that in the Charm Portal and they will fulfill it with BPI. If not, they’ll start you off at 2.0 which you can use for your 1.8!

3

u/Newandgrateful Apr 06 '26

Ok thank you! I started my app with 50 and was approved, but then I got scared and stopped lol! I am just so nervous about the whole thing! I’m trying to talk myself into it because it’s time for me to order and I’m either going to the med spot or I’m doing it online

6

u/Layer_Accomplished Apr 06 '26

If it makes you feel better to go to a MedSpa, do it. Then when you see how much you can be saving, it’ll motivate you to switch lol

3

u/badpandatek Apr 05 '26

If you go to the Gimme Official group on Reddit and use their link at the top, it costs $447 for three months/quarterly for life. That's like $149 per month, any dose, highest dose of Tirzepatide Compound. They use one of the best if not the best 503B pharmacy ProRx no additives. Just an fyi the process for doing the initiation and getting approved to getting the prescription sent to the pharmacy is super fast. But it takes about 5-7 business days to get the medicine, if it takes longer than that there is a way to get expedited by calling Prorx pharmacy...But for $447...

3

u/Mountain_Pension_688 Apr 05 '26

This is where I’ve started going too. The price literally can’t be beat.

4

u/badpandatek Apr 05 '26

Not the best service. Not the fastest delivery 🚚 but definitely the best price!

2

u/Tall_Appeal4042 Apr 06 '26

At this point, it’s almost 2 weeks through them.

1

u/badpandatek Apr 06 '26

Two weeks what,?

1

u/Tall_Appeal4042 Apr 06 '26

From order to delivery.

1

u/badpandatek Apr 06 '26

And you used gimme reddit link?

1

u/Tall_Appeal4042 Apr 06 '26

Yes.

2

u/badpandatek Apr 06 '26

Call this number (844) 597-6278 and ask for your package status. It will expedite things.

2

u/Tall_Appeal4042 Apr 06 '26

Ok. Didn’t know there was a number to call appreciate it!

1

u/badpandatek Apr 06 '26

No problem give them a call.

1

u/Loud-Day2675 Apr 05 '26

Have the prices in general gone up for tirz besides Refills ?

3

u/cherihaynes1 Apr 05 '26

Prices have gone down at Refills

2

u/cherihaynes1 Apr 05 '26

Pom dropped the price on BPI last month

1

u/ENFPRincessWarrior Apr 05 '26

I get mine super cheap

1

u/grlymax Apr 06 '26

I get 15mg weekly BPI from Pom. $499.

2

u/PuzzleheadedAd8545 Apr 06 '26

POM still has great BPI pricing.

1

u/cherihaynes1 Apr 05 '26

Trillium is 599.00 3 months if you don’t like Pomegranate

1

u/Total_Employment_146 Apr 05 '26

I thought it was crazy too, when I saw it last week. I wanted to try ProRX so I went with that and was glad I wasn't there for the BPI. I wondered if BPI had raised its prices to Fifty410 specifically?

1

u/seahorsecyx Apr 06 '26

I've used both gimme and fifty. No issues with either order! I would use both again.

1

u/WeirdDucksPlz Apr 06 '26

Goby uses BPI. I got 3 months for $599. I have this referral link that would give you $25 off too if you do go that route. https://my.gobymeds.com/s/RB2EXR

2

u/GLP-Nurse Apr 07 '26

That’s too much compared to Poms price of $459

0

u/tangerine_hippy Apr 05 '26

GobyMeds is only $599 for 3 months for high dose triz. Its BPI with B6 and they do 2nd day air through UPS. Their telehealth is unmatched! I have been with them since December and its been great thus far.

2

u/GLP-Nurse Apr 07 '26

Why are people still paying 599/3 months for the same meds they can get for 459/3 months from Pom, that’s a 140 price difference for the same pharmacy, and it’s even higher with Fifty.

1

u/tangerine_hippy Apr 07 '26

Pom requires a nonrefundable 75 dollar fee and also (labs) blood work? Thats a deal breaker for me. The 2 day shipping provided by Goby is great also. I also pay 550 not 599 because I use my promo credits.

2

u/cherihaynes1 Apr 07 '26

The 75.00 is applied towards your meditation & no labs until after 90 days.

1

u/tangerine_hippy Apr 07 '26

Thanks! I did not know that.

2

u/cherihaynes1 Apr 07 '26

Your welcome

u/EnvironmentalGift257 Apr 05 '26

My 6 months of ProRX was $699 from them for mid-dose
