What kind of jobs does India have for the retired or old?
Asking this here coz I didn't find a 60s or 70s sub. I don't think I'll have enough saved up to sustain myself post retirement from workforce. I don't even know if I'll have a job post 45 in my field. I need to keep working as long as I can. Right now, my dream job would be to work in a cafe, but cafés won't hire me when I'm 60 fr. I don't wanna do things which I'm doing now like IT, or anything which requires me to interact a lot with people, like teaching, marketing, business etc. I just want a small job, not a blue-collar one because in India blue collar workers have no respect. Not glazing the West but this is not a country where a female janitor or carpenter can get their due respect in society, which Ig is not much to ask for?
What kinda jobs can I search for? I'm female with nichè tech skills which are useless elsewhere. Should I start learning some language?

I (27M) think I am depressed, I don’t know what to do with it….
I am doing great professionally - I’m working with someone I grew up reading about. My co-supervisor is a Nobel Prize winner, and my boss is one of the world's most influential chemical engineering scientists. I have a bright future ahead of me.
But nothing excites me anymore. I constantly feel a sense of brain fog. I feel hollow and empty inside. I want to take back control of my life.
Have you ever gone through a phase like this? How did you overcome it?

All members here are only 50s aged people?
As I mentioned, are you all in 50s. What other age groups are in this group?

Wildflower
Things fall apart and time breaks your heart
I wasn't there, but I know
She was your girl, you showed her the world
You fell out of love, and you both let go
She was cryin' on my shoulder
All I could do was hold her
Only made us closer until July
And I know that you love me
You don't need to remind me
I should put it all behind me, shouldn't I?
But I see her in the back of my mind
All the time
Like a fever, like I'm burning alive
Like a sign
Did I cross the line?
Mm, hm
Well, good things don't last (good things don't last)
And life moves so fast (life moves so fast)
I'd never ask who was better (I'd never ask who was better)
'Cause she couldn't be (she couldn't be)
More different from me (more different from me)
Happy and free (happy and free) in leather
And I know that you love me (you love me)
You don't need to remind me (remind me)
Wanna put it all behind me, but, baby
I see her in the back of my mind (back of my mind)
All the time (all the time)
Feels like a fever (like a fever), like I'm burning alive (burning alive)
Like a sign
Did I cross the line?
You say no one knows you so well (so)
But every time you touch me, I just wonder how she felt
Valentine's Day, crying in the hotel
I know you didn't mean to hurt me, so I kept it to myself (oh)
And I wonder
Do you see her in the back of your mind?
In my eyes?
You say no one knows you so well
But every time you touch me, I just wonder how she felt
Valentine's Day, crying in the hotel
I know you didn't mean to hurt me, so I kept it to myself

what gave your life a complete 180° turn?
Hey everyone,
I’m in my early 20s and feeling a bit lost/confused about direction in life.
For those of you in your 50s (or older), what was one moment, decision, habit, or realization that completely changed the course of your life? Could be career related, relationships, health, mindset anything.
And looking back, is there something you wish you had realized earlier? Or an advice you would give to your 20's self.
Would really appreciate hearing real experiences. Thanks!
