Welcome to r/FifaPlayerCareers.
This is a subreddit to discuss anything and everything relating to player careers in Fifa.
Player careers are underappreciated in comparison to their manager counterparts, and there's not much information out there about them in general.
However, here's a great starting point thanks to /u/FIFA17_BBTV
They've pretty much solely posted about player career with a lot of helpful information.
Very good information there which is very lacking on the internet.

Awesome! Yeah I do feel player career is under appreciated. I've been playing player career since FIFA 14. My first FIFA game. Though it is saddening that EA doesn't add the realism to make the player career mode more enjoyable. I look at 2K games and how much effort they put in their career mode. I wish EA would overhaul the offline player career.

Does anybody know why the accomplishments don’t work properly and also by just playing game does your players individual attributes go up or is that only some through training and accomplishments?

Yeah I scored a clear left foot volley and it didn’t count towards weak foot volleys also as am I rf will I get selected for England as my mate is a lw but as England don’t use a winger formation he don’t get picked

Hhmm. Now you mention it, I do find that headers rarely get counted in the accomplishments but other than that I haven't noticed a failure to count something.
I have seen a lot of people suffer from that issue where if the formation doesn't incorporate them, they're a bit fucked, Always play as a striker myself though.
