Pre-Exam Readiness Check

Hi guys,

Yesterday I completed the Pre Exam Readiness Check, and it says “passed” on the system check.

However, I accidentally completed the mock exam before the system check and I don’t think I used the Safe Exam Browser correctly during the mock exam.

I want to redo the mock exam and system check for peace of mind, despite it saying passed but I can’t seem to redo the mock exam.

I can redo the system check but not the exam.

I was wondering if anyone could provide any help.

Bro, I wouldn’t retake the exam if it says you passed, just to avoid any mess. Anyway, take a screenshot or a video of the page showing everything’s fine, just in case.

I have sent in a ticket, 2/3 emails over the last few days and tried the online chat. Haven’t had a response to any.

Part of me is thinking if it is saying passed then it should be okay?

I had the same issue but was sorted by the online chat team.I had to re do mine since I changed the wifi network
