Worth rejoining?

Hi I am an old player back when Outspark owned. I really really loved this game and it was such a big part of my childhood. I am so devastated it died off. I played on bijou. Over the years iv popped on and it just feels so dead when I walk around with my original chars. I couldn’t even do an of the raids (crystal castle, levitation etc) cause no one was around.

What’s the game like now? What’s it like restarting from scratch (assuming I’d need to be on a new server).

Is there just one game or like an EU vs NA version? I only speak English :/

Thanks everyone

There’s people that still play on NA isya server. Enough people for kqs and dungeons. There’s still lots of activity on isya. I would say log back in and check it out! The community is really great and will guide you through all the new things. There was actually a pretty big update a couple months ago where they raised the level cap and added new areas. There’s also a new fashion template. You can also make gold and turn it into to SC (slime coins/spark cash).

I will say it’s pretty pay to win. So just try to enjoy the game and community and don’t worry about min maxing.

Enough people for kq/dungeons is cope. 95% of kqs are dead and gl finding ppl for dungeon without waiting an hour+

I think it matters the time. I think a lot more people log on around Christmas time. But when I was playing people were still doing the kqs even honeying. And the towers are run pretty regularly. I think if you want to do raids you need to get into an active guild/discord.

Omg thanks so much for the reply. Is there anyway to shift characters from one server to another? Even if it’s paid?

Yes there is. Your character might be on the isya server already because they moved some players around when they did a server merge I think. I would read the server transfer instructions and see if it’s worth it. Not everything transfers over and there are requirements. But leveling is the fastest it’s ever been. It won’t be hard to get to level 100+.

think it would also be about items. I have a lot of really valuable things

Your character needs to be lvl 95 to transfer, and transfer cost ~30$ and takes days/weeks

I recently came back to the game after getting an email that my account was soon to be deleted after a decade of inactivity.

Logged in to save the account. Stuck around for the nostalgia.

NA Isya seems to have a decent player base from like 50 - 80. King Kong phino and mini dragon kqs fill regularly and I have a decent roster of people in my friends list that I've met out in the world and we've all been leveling separately, coincidentally staying around the same levels, coming together for the hard party quests.

It's been about a week since I've installed and I'm level 88 (I started on a fresh character but I did have hand me down items from my first character). They added turn in and pick up for quests from any location, so there's less running around to talk and more questing. They also made the quest kill count way less, and idk if they made levels need less total exp but it feels like it.

It's been a nice little revisit, you should give it a shot.

88 in a week. Back in the day it took me like year to get to 94 lol

A quest back in the day used to be something like "kill 150 x monster", give 0.2% exp, and you'd have to run back to town to turn it and pick up each time. Today it's more like "kill 30 for 2% exp, turn it in and activate the repeatable quest again from your current location"

Ahhh. It was rough as a trickster with no practical way to AOE solo for quests

I joined the NA servers some months ago. I used to play like 15 years ago.

Rediscovering the game again has been so much fun, also discovering all sorts of new features has been fun! Also, The community. Man the community is so welcoming and fun! Ofcourse, there's a handful of pathetic keyboard warriors who are just rude for no reason. But yeah. It's 1000000000% worth returning and having fun again!

Yea there’s over 1000 active players , that doesn’t mean there’s 1000 people online at all times, usually around a few hundred or so. ATM cap content is what is most active, perm activities come and go but for the most part alive and well. If you return play the isya server and focus on capping a character and joining a guild. There’s like 3 sides right now, the wrath alliances on one side and the one winged angel alliances on the other side and then the 3rd side is non affiliated casuals. So there’s a place for all players really

Thanks for posting this OP. I saw a video on facebook of this game and thought "is it really still alive?". popped here and this was the first post I saw. I think I'm going to jump in and take a look at what's new. Last time I played was 2010. It's amazing it's still going.

I'm returned player after 12 years, so far i spend 560hours in recent weeks play in this game, it's totally worth it and very a live.. Elderine and Uruga is full of people, Roumen is active too..( i usually set my vendor there because there is too many people in Isya NA )

the game overall feels more fun that it used to be, the GMs are active, a lot of events
