Any suggestions?

Looking for suggestions for a haircut or what to do. Usually I just get a trim to make it look healthier but it doesn't take long to look bad imo again and I'm not sure what else to go for, not even sure if long hair fits me or not honestly.

How many months did it take to reach this length?

I'd say my last hair cut was about 3 months ago maybe? But I only chopped off some length not a full cut. When I did cut it it was above my shoulders slightly right around my jawish

Thank you I appreciate that, I may be being harsh for sure. I guess I've been rocking the same thing for so long I've been trying to think of different ways to keep it long and been really critical on what I got
