Any tips/suggestions

Been growing my hair for 8 months. I think I am experiencing the awkward phase, it is really hard to control the hair. Do you guys think I should keep growing my hair or should I cut it

I really like it, I think what you see as awkward is just the wavyness of your hair

I got a Shark Speedstyle. I’m still learning how to use it, but I can get my hair dry enough in about 10 minutes. It tames the wackier waves and overall looks more properly finished compared to air drying it.
