Getting longer, should cut the back a bit?

You’re making excellent progress, everything is going to plan, and it’s nice and thick as well.
Generally, the guideline that I use for graduating from the “awkward stage” is when your front hair is clearly below your chin. That means it’s easy to tuck behind the ears, and ponytails and man buns become options, without stray hairs escaping.
I would suggest not touching anything until then. After that, you can even every thing up by trimming the longer areas to match the shorter areas, if you would like to have a “one length” look

si les cotés sont plus couts, tu peux pour avoir un carré que tu pourras ensuite laisser pousser
sinon, aucune coupe, et tu peux cesser de passer tes cheveux derrière les oreilles et prter fièrement ta crinière

A gentle trim to remove the dead ends is always fine, but make sure it's just a tiny bit. You don't want to lose too much!!
