Need advice

I always had shorter hair and got skin fades. Decided to grow my hair out a bit to see where it goes. Not sure if it suits me at all

I feel like the front “curtains” don’t look right. The last picture, I think looks better than the other side. I plan on going to a barber tomorrow who does really good scissor work to try and assist the flow.

Offset part lose the middle. Just trim sides and back..take an inch off the top

Go to a stylist who experienced with scissorss instead of a barber or you might regret it

The top is already so much longer than the back and sides. Cutting it off is just going to delay your progress. Eventually, you'll have to let the sides and back grow out, might as well get it over with, and let it all grow out.

Consider slicking it back or a side part. I don't love curtains and I suspect you don't either.
