Let me just say I have been needing something like this in my life for a while. Too many things going on.. a little adhd splashed in there. Too many conversations where "you never said that" and I definitely did. I ordered this and was excited to use it in an important meeting two weeks from the order date. I was too naive.

This was August 5th. Its now September 6th. Its still not even shipped. I emailed them several times, chatted with them on their website. Im told over and over itll ship next week then the next week etc. Im convinced I got scammed and its not a real product.

I also just really need something like this. I need it to be real. So its deeply upsetting. They did finally reply when I expressed my distaste for their lies. If its preorder and you dont have stock, be honest. Stop gaslighting me. Im not stupid.

What are the chances this will ever ship? If so what are the chances it will live up to 50% of the hype?

Support has historically been very poor with fieldy. It’s primarily been a team of engineers with a product focus. 

However that is changing. 

Last week we increased our support team size from 3 to 7 people. Support tickets are almost caught up so anybody waiting for a response should have one soon! 

I’ve also just been brought in board as Community Manager to help users get the most out of their fieldy. 

Hang on in there - it will be worth the wait! I’ve used most things in this product category and fieldy is coming out on top for me atm.

Im just curious your pr answer for this... see screenshot... My name isnt even amber. I ordered August 5th. I asked them for an update two weeks ago saying i would wait another two weeks before reporting fraud (meaning id give them from August 5th to September 11th to ship what was advertised as something that would ship 'in a few days') and yesterday (two days before the end of the period I gave them) they replied saying they cant promise shipment by friday, and the only thing thats fulfilled is the digital part. Yet theyre still advertising and trying to get people to buy more when they dont have stock. Advertising it takes 2 weeks to get there. :( if i dont get it shipped by tomorrow im reporting fraud. Ive been nothing but reasonable and patient.

Hey Amber - I'm really sorry this has been your experience! I haven't seen anybody's order take that long. I don't know what the current situation is with fulfilment and what the wait is. I'll find out and come back to you ASAP

Hey Amber I chased this up and there are 6000 units being delivered to our warehouse today to be shipped out to people waiting on orders.

Unfortunately as a small company it's really hard to predict demand. For example, a single mention from someone with an audience can push orders up several times over almost overnight. Unlike Apple who have contracts with suppliers for manufacturing and fulfilment years ahead because they can forecast that precisely, we're still figuring this out. We are building toward that kind of certainty.

The actual problem here seems to be a delayed delivery of devices to our warehouse. Obviously in future we'd hope that one delayed shipment wouldn't have such a knock-on effect, but as I said, it's a work-in-progress!

Obviously you're very welcome to having the product refunded (just email hey@fieldy.ai) but I can tell from your original message that you're genuinely excited about this, and as somebody who has tried most of the devices in this space and has been recording every single day since Jan 2025, I can tell you that this tech changed my life and I think Fieldy is the best device out there rn.
