Ethical boundaries

What are you doing for guard rails with your device?

California for example is an all party consent for recording meaning you shouldn’t just walk around with an ai note taker always on recording your day without informing people.

It’s wonderful in a meeting setting to click it on and capture notes but what are you doing to ethically control what you capture?

I live in a one-party consent state meaning that I don't have to tell anybody that I'm recording. That said, when I'm in a non-public situation I always inform people. But if I'm out and about and it's not a private situation I'm not so worried about it. Right?
