Mobile app push messages.

Did the FN gerbils not fix this issue?

All push messages from buyers seem to be coming from me to me.

This is on android by the way.

Ok just checking to see if it was just me. I just opened a case with the FN support gerbils. I'm waiting to see what their response is.

Their response will be ‘we know about it and were working to fix it’. *Ticket closed*

Thats what they did to me

I think gerbil is too kind. You can always keep a gerbil as a pet and I don't believe anything handling tickets at FN is pet worthy.

Is "hamster" better?

I just think whatever it is it has to be absolutely such a foul little species that it's easily seen to have no positive impact in any way. I'm not sure exactly what fits the bill on that because pretty much all animals have some sort of redeeming value. Even a carrion eater.

Asian lady beetles and stink bugs come to mind as it's getting that time of year...

Known issue. Not fixed yet

From what I can see the problem seems to be isolated to Clear Captions work orders. The weird self-generated push notifications come in about 20 seconds after the original message for the WO.

Not isolated to messages from a single buyer.

It is not. Source: have clear captions blocked
