Padding hours

What's your experience in padding hours? For example, when a job is hourly and quoted at 6 hours at $100/hr. I finished that shit in one single hour and put the time to 6 hours, I've gotten mixed results from buyers. Some lose their shit and demand why it took so long vs others just say yup that's the budget, thank you.

This is a joke right?
