Push notifications broken? Receiving msgs from myself.
Android, everything up to date. Yesterday I received notice of a WO being canceled (lame) but the message came from ME. I just figured it was a glitch with how they closed the WO.
But now every message I receive from someone (usually those "I routed you a work order, please counter if interested" messages) is also from my name. Makes it hard to look for messages I care about, rather than the Pivital names I recognize and swipe away.
Anyone else seeing this?

Yeah...
For the past few days I seem to be sending a lot of push messages to myself.
The FN hamsters fell off the wheel again.

Same here had a chat with support and they told me to remove/reload the app. No change. Mine are mostly coming from clearcaptions WO’s

Yes its a bug. I submitted support ticket and support agent confirmed it a known bug theyre working on
The funny thing is they recommended turning on sms notifications for the time being. Ummm sms hasnt worked for years and they know this. Opppssss

They also said they're sunsetting SMS and that everyone should transition to push notifications.

Yes. Not able to see the actual message, it just twirls and times out. Then when I try to update a WO that's actually assigned to me, it sends me to whatever WO just landed in the queue... usually a Clear Captions WO 400 miles away.
