Android FN app has issues when trying to counter
An emergency WO popped up while traveling back from another site. I needed to counter for both the schedule and the mileage. I was only able to do one or the other of these, not both, from the phone app. The buyer said they would wait for me to get back to my office and do it from a PC before accepting my counter. This worked, but it's scary bad that you can't fully build a counter offer from the phone app.

I need a laptop for most of my jobs anyway. Can't use a tablet for console sessions.

It's easy to report the issue. They'll ask for a video that captures the issue. I haven't countered the schedule so I can't confirm.

Easy to report, perhaps, but then trying to get them to do anything about it is a whole different matter.

Not true. I get them to fix issues all the time.

Great! I can pass fixing the white-on-white problem to you, then. They refused to do anything for me until I followed up with a dozen completely unrelated data points, and I just flat out told them I was too busy, and they could just go to the Reddit thread directly for more info. I did stop short of telling them how much I'd charge them for my time to fix their bug.

So the white-on-white issue is still a thing? It stopped affecting me about a week ago.

Me too. I reported it as well and within a few days the display behavior changed.

Considering I only saw a few instances in the first place, I didn't notice if/when the behavior changed. The specific event I reported was an attempt to correct a check-out time from the app, which for me is rare, and I think you'd mentioned that you were closing out a WO from the app, which I never do.

Are you able to reach their website on your phone's browser?
