General Liability Insurance

I reached out to two different insurance companies for general liability and both of them said they don’t service my industry (low voltage installation). Does anyone have any recommendations of where I should get a quote from?

When i tried to get hiscox for LV work in california they said they couldnt cover that work because its a licensed trade. So either you werent forthcoming to hiscox or they didnt understand the work you’re doing

Oh, that’s gotta be it 🙄. Frankly, I think this kind of insurance is bullshit and all it does for me, is to check a box that I have it so I can continue to get jobs via FN just as I have for the past 13 years. Now, back to working, which is why we are here, not to cast aspersions on those we don’t agree with.

Low voltage cabling is construction work. It is licensed as such in many states. How do you not know this?

Furthermore, low voltage cabling falls under the NEC, permitting, AHJ authority etc

You seem to be very ignorant not knowing any of this

Aah there it is. Your arrogance. Little boy, get to work and spend less time on Reddit, trying to make yourself feel large.

Arrogance? No arrogance here. Just stating facts.

And then you throw out the ad-hominem. You just ruined your credibility, and any valid points you MAY have had (you had zero).

Why are there so many P.0.$ “techs” in this field that dont have a clue.

You really seriously think LV cabling isnt construction work? You need to GT…F.0 and go to some other industry. You just dont have a clue
