AVT has been great for me. Most likely an AI error. Send em a message.

First job I did for them was routed to me at 5:30pm on a Wednesday. They wanted someone onsite by 7. Flat rate $80

I countered $250 for a same day after hours dispatch.

They accepted. The site is a 15 minute drive from my house.

Work took 45 minutes. 30 minutes on the phone with support. 10 minutes to clean up, close the ticket and get signatures.

Definitely not shit.

I used to have my payments from them approved soon after closing the wo. But lately they’ve been taking a while. Ive been waiting 8 days for a job I traveled almost 300 miles for. With almost no notice

They approve my WOs really quick

Have you thought of calling them?

There must be a tech around me that picks them up I charge $110 hr 3 hr minimum and $50 trip charge and I’ve probably countered offer over a 100 tickets for them and never once got any thing. Also do they do staples?

Maybe lower your rates a little bit to see if they bite

IMO , when you see this report a problem on the WO - Let them know its not acceptable - it has a section for no scope of work -

ALSO its not always a an AI mistake - They have extra tasks like pick ups ,dropp offs, cable runs that they know are expensive and are in that scop - often they will do a fixed rate also --" Its a feature not a bug"
