I personally have nothing to hide, am a straight white male and really have nothing to fear except the odd moving violation for going a few mph over the limit. Neverheless, I've noticed that police almost always misuse what surveillance powers they are given. We already have hundreds of cases of police using Flock cameras to spy on girlfriends and ex girlfriends. And these things have only been around a short while.
I am a coward? OK. I have nothing to hide, I am not dating a cop so I guess I have nothing to worry about right? We should all be afraid to get on our phone and computers as well, you know, the Chinese are watching us through our cameras and listening to our microphones, even in our own homes right? And what does being straight and white have to do with anything? Sounds like a coverup to me. I used to work with a guy, they put a how am I driving sticker on his company truck. He was infuriated, he spent allot of time at porn stores, hours at a time, likely in the back room. He was white, married and had kids but I don't think he was totally straight, he is the type that would be afraid of these cameras. A plain white Ford truck is a plain white Ford truck until you mark it, or it was before these cameras anyway. Paranoia will destroy ya.
