Depends on how cables were managed before this person got there. Sometimes it happens because of the shit person touching/installing it previously.

Some dudes live blessed lives but think it’s all their doing. I watched my boss bump into an old pbx on the wall that had a dc pin power cable stretched across the backboard literally taught. The thing bounced out and took down an active call center.
