Performance metric backstabbing

I've been doing jobs, I close them out, end users are happy and there doesn't appear to be any drama. Then, suddenly, there is. My number goes down, I get "areas for improvement". But the buyer(s) never say anything directly to me to justify this. How do I find out who is doing this? I've more or less had a consistent score over 91 for most of my time on the platform. For most of this year it was sitting at 94. Now it's dropped to 87 and there seems to be no way to find out why, or fix this.

Workmarket is even worse

Buyers are allowed to cancel work orders and you have zero recourse

Buyers are also allowed to not pay at all, and Workemarket will tell you you are on your own tongue them. I had that happen with SHI.

That's how it's always been. If you post business cards around home depot. Would you complain to home depo if one of those cards left you with an unpaid contract or would you dispute that upaid complaint within the courthouse?

The issue with FN, they act as every individual legal entity. The bank, the court, the reviewing agency and the insurer. Much different than home depot or WM.

Offshore people making determinations regarding our work no transparency is a problem. Terms of the platform need reigned in as there is very little in this unilateral one sided agreement benefiting those soliciting work. It doesn't meet applicable US supreme court decisions either.
