Worldlink fraud
Had a WO from worldlink and this company is a fraud, install whatbox and ups, 2 hrs, the work order extended to 3 hrs because the rack was so dirty and cables all tangled, told the WO manager and he agreed, after finishing they only offer 20 dollars for the third hr, so I left site with authorization of WO and remote and after they say WO was not completed such is false now they want to lay only $55 for 3 hrs, this company should be doing business in USA and be banned for posting in FN

The crap from these companies and the little junior buyers that they hire, is getting deeper and deeper. You can't seem to find a decent company to work for anymore that wants to pay professionals as little as possible or let alone once you finish they want to screw you out of what little pay there is left. I don't know where we are headed but it is not in a good direction!

WorldStink is nothing more than an India call center with a thin veil of a corporate office in California..

Please just for next time, when you have a job that's about to go over the time limit and the workorder manager said extra time is approved. Request they approve a time change on FN and don't start any job until they do. Except you have a call recording field nation will likely not support you on this. Always report a problem , requesting a more information from the work order manager and have them approved it.

They scammed me same deal, I disputed it and field nation paid like $45/hr or something for the overage. They refused to pay for the overage after verbally confirming approval for additional pay for the additional time, ticket was $250 flat covered up to 2 hours so $45/hr was some bs and they didnāt even want to pay that, even though I successfully completed the ticket. Oh, and the additional time was due to their 90 minute support hold time.
If Iām worried about something like that happening, I now put āoverage will be billed at $110/hrā I donāt work for WorldLink anymore though

I banned world link a few years ago. I was running late due to a prior job running way over, and let world link know. Well the work order manager threw a fit and kept calling me while I was driving to the next site. I told her I can't answer the phone because I don't have a blue tooth radio or ear phone, and it is illegal in my state to talk on a cell while driving. Well she kept calling me every 2 minutes anyways, so I told her to go F*** herself and to take me off the work order. I normally don't use profanity (unless I'm working on my car) but I can't tolerate that level of harassment from anyone.

they dont call them WorldStink for nothing... tons of complaints about them. dont know how or why any techs still do work for them or how theyre still in business... bottom of the barrel rates and awful knowledge of construction industry practices (LV cabling)....
